Are you not wrong! We live in an age where EVERYONE is a victim! You screwed up at work, not your fault there was a failure in training. Failed a test? Not your fault, you weren't given proper instruction. Got hurt doing something stupid? Not your fault, there wasn't a sign posted. The list goes on and on and on. Everyone wants an excuse for everything, everyone needs to be validated. And the best is IF you are a person that takes the reigns, tries to improve themselves, tries to be successful, oh now you are just showing "toxic masculinity". We are living in Fn clown world! Everone gets a massive trophy for participating OR not... because you can't gve one person a trophy and not another person because that wouldn't be "inclusive"... Our whole society is going to shit. We need more people out there like you supporting people's positive accomplishments and assisting with goals, and less coddling and victimizing. People need to be held accountable...
