Peoples expectations are all over the place it really is kinda funny.

Media is a shitshow

but then again so was muscle and fitness or flex back in my youth.

SSUUUUUURE we can all look like Dorian if we just try a little harder and use his 4 day split.

Planning and consistency, all it is to have slow and steady gains. Dont rush it thats how you get hurt.

How is it you take juice and are weak… this is my experience of people. The ones who lift for several years get a lot stronger and never as big but the PED guys that haven’t lifted for years first get big but not as strong as a smaller natural. Just my observation to what he has said

Depends on the juice.

Some are just cutting agents and bleed the water out burn the fat and tighten the skin and make you look PEELED.

Most of the rest are designed for size some for strength BUT hiw they do it is give you an unreal work capacity AND superhuman recovery. Things that would leave an experienced lifter like me in the fetal position for days with DOMS, they get up fine and say hmm im a little stuff.

They dont make you stronger they give you the room and design to go full gorilla in the gym and gain like we all hope we would.
