Nice writeup.... BUT..... whats that line about 255 being a massive beer belly. Im 5'8 and 255 and my belly isnt massive, infact i have a little definition vertically on the side from my obliques according to the other half yesterday. 255 is a bit on a ponch thats more loose skin than fat and my doc said without a scan figures in 26-28%BF on the high side. So no more shots at people who are 255 😡

Most of us are our own harshest critic. Maybe thats fir the best, my grumbling monolog doing HIIT after weights is usually awful..... crap HIIT got that after shoulders today 😰
