I am also of the position that heavy ass compounds by necessity build solid arms but of the "farm boy " type rather than mens fitness mag type

That is definitely a good series for getting your bicep pump and making them look good.

I know what i do, but what would YOU recommend for building bicep strength, if you get big you get big but just pure strength, like for getting BIG dumbells up to your shoulder for ohp or incline, of for really heavy rows or the heavy sled pull with the rope hand over hand, yeah there is a lot of lat but also a lot of bicep there.

How would you change for that? Curious how yours lines up vs mine.
