Hey, good to hear that you finally think you can make this a career for you. Like David commented, you have a good ability to simplify certain scientific concepts that I think everyone can understand. You make a good mix of serious/deep posts, science based concepts from what I can tell by trying to read some of the same literature, and funny stuff. It would be a bit monotonous for you just to talk about deadlift and squats every day, but like I also understand the purpose along with progressive overload. I had some fears that you were gonna get your yearly subscribers and let quality go down. I feel you really improved over my time here. If my appreciation for helping me doesn’t get to you before May 6th… something bad happened to me. Plus for whatever reason this space feels like a safe space to talk about whatever in the comments.

Has it been a year?? Thanks to the Potato man for the knowledge, the inspiration and the validation.

My workouts have become more comprehensive, more effective, and more enjoyable since I started reading you on Quora. Your approach is science based, relatable, open minded and entertaining.
