BULK UP AS AN "ECTOMORPH"

This was a very interesting article. As a science geek myself, I totally bought into this theory and my personal experience seemed to back it up.
I am a classic ectomorph and no matter how much I eat and train, I can't break the 140lb/64kg barrier. This has been frustrating for both me and my personal trainer.
If you know what we've been missing, I'd appreciate your input.
